Keyboard/Touchpad Not Working
What You Can Do: Re-enable devices, use the on-screen keyboard, and check drivers.
Solution 1: Enable Input Devices in Settings Steps to Do It:
1. Press Windows key + I to open Settings
- Go to Bluetooth & devices > Touchpad; make sure it's turned On.
- For the keyboard, plug in a USB keyboard temporarily if built-in one doesn’t work. Result: Input devices should become responsive again.
Solution 2: Run Keyboard Troubleshooter Steps to Do It:
- Press Windows + Ctrl + O to enable the on-screen keyboard.
- Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
- Find Windows Update and click Run.
Result: Windows should detect and fix keyboard-related problems.
