No Internet Connection
What You Can Do: Restart devices, renew network settings, and reset network if needed.
Solution 1: Restart Router & Laptop Steps to Do It:

WFH Users: Power off your personal router. Wait 30 seconds. Power it back on.
- Confirm the internet is back on another device (e.g., mobile).
- Restart the laptop and check the Wi-Fi status. Result: The internet should reconnect.
Solution 2: Reset IP Settings Using CMD Steps to Do It:
- Click Start, type cmd, right-click and select Run as administrator (if available).
- Run the following commands one by one:
- ipconfig /release
- ipconfig /renew
- ipconfig /flushdns
These commands refresh your IP settings and clear DNS cache.
- Reconnect to Wi-Fi. Result: Internet access should be restored.
Still offline? Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced network settings > Network reset.
